There are many forms of technology that help us communicate: text, email, internet, facebook, twitter, instagram, and even video games. But how do you know when and how this technology is helping or blocking effective communication?

My guest and I will discuss ways in which technology is adding to the level of anxiety in people´s life, and how it may be done in a more intentional and regulated ways to aid effective communication. Ms. Kathleen Cauley is licensed Marriage and Family Therapists.

Ms. Cauley is on the Faculty at the Bowen Center for the Study of the Family and the Extraordinary Leadership Seminars. She has extensive experience with individuals, couples and families who want to improve their relationships at home and at work.
