The 3rd batch of this 2-year training program started.
2nd International Conference on Bowen Family Systems Theory (May 17-19, 2018)
This is the 5th conference organized by the ISS Family Institute. The Hong Kong Polytechnic University was a co-organizer of the Conference. The Conference was a great success, attended by more than 300 delegates from 14 countries and cities.

Professional Training Programme in Bowen Family Systems Theory – Continuing Study (PTP-CS) 2016-17
This is a continuous in-depth training programme on Bowen theory for students who graduated from the 2 year Professional Training Programme in Bowen Family Systems Theory and Therapy
Participation in the 1st International Conference on Bowen Family Systems Theory, “Bowen Theory Around the World” (Aug 2-5, 2016)
- The 1st International Conference was held in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
- Mrs. Peggy Chan was a plenary speaker at the Conference, presenting, “Learning and Teaching Bowen Theory in the Context of the Chinese Culture – Resources and Challenges”
- 5 students of the Family Institute also attended the Conference.
Publication of 《一個家庭的故事:博域理論入門》(Chinese translated version of the book, One Family’s Story: A Primer on Bowen Theory)
This is the first book granted permission by the Bowen Center to be translated into Chinese. It proves to be a handy read for the Chinese communities.
Bowen Theory in Parenting -presentation in Taiwan conference
Mrs. Peggy Chan presented at a Conference in Taiwan organized by the Taiwan Association for Marriage and Family Counseling.

Participation in the Bowen Network
Mrs. Peggy Chan, Director of ISS Family Institute, joined the Network Program for the Advancement of Bowen Theory as a member on behalf of the ISS Family Institute. The Network Program works aims to promote better teaching and learning of Bowen theory around the world.
Professional Training Programme in Bowen Family Systems Theory & Therapy (PTP) 2014-16
This is a 2-year training programme for in-depth study of Bowen theory and its applications. This Programme started its first batch of students.

This membership system of the ISS Family Institute was initiated to promote interest in Bowen theory and the practice of it in daily life.

This is the 1st conference organized by the Family Institute.Michael E. Kerr, MD, was the speaker.
The Development and Validation of the Chinese Version of the Differentiation of Self Inventory (C-DSI)
This inventory was translated into Chinese from the Differentiation of Self Inventory (DSI-R) with permission from Dr. Elizabeth Skowron, its originator. The Validation work was sponsored by the Wofoo Social Enterprises.
Renaming to ISS Wofoo Family Institute
The Family Institute was renamed as, ISS Wofoo Family Institute, to signify the support of the Wofoo Social Enterprises for the Family Institute.
Establishment of the ISS Family Institute
The ISS Family Instiute was set up. to enhance family and individual functioning through programmes guided by Bowen family systems theory.
Appreciation was due to Wofoo Foundation Ltd. for the partnership and generous support.offered to the ISS Family Institue.
