Shirley 在2020年8月移居台灣，丈夫與兩名已長大的孩子也陸續移居當地。離港當日她並未決定是否真正｢移民」，到了今天才決定長居該地。在這段日子和過程中，面對一連串的改變和抉擇，她不忘學習與運用博域家庭系統理論，以應對自身的焦慮和外來的挑戰，亦藉此機會重新檢視及界定自我、重整親密關係，並逐步在新環境中安頓下來。

 

Shirley has moved to Taiwan since August 2020. Her husband and two grown-up children have moved there one by one too. When she got on board, she had not decided whether it was “immigration” or she might just leave Hong Kong temporarily. Only recently has she decided to live there long-term. She continues learning and applying Bowen Family System Theory that helps her in dealing with own anxiety as well as external challenges. In addition to reestablishing her intimate relationship, she has also been reviewing and redefining her own self that helps her anchor in the changing environment.

梁少玲女士 – 社會科學碩士(輔導)
Ms. Shirley Leung, MSocSc (Counselling)

梁少玲女士為香港專業輔導協會(HKPCA)會員及認證輔導師(CCoun)。她就讀於香港大學社會科學碩士課程（輔導）時開始接觸｢博域理論｣。畢業後，她成為私人執業輔導師，並繼續深入研習｢博域理論｣，也在日常生活與臨床輔導時運用該理論。此外，梁女士亦是國際社家庭學院教學小組成員之一。

 

Shirley Leung is a Certified Counsellor (CCoun) and Member of Hong Kong Professional Counselling Association (HKPCA). She learned about Bowen Theory when she was studying the Master of Social Science (Counselling) programme at the University of Hong Kong. After graduation and becoming a private-practice counsellor, she continued to pursue in-depth study of Bowen Theory and to apply it in daily life as well as clinical settings. Shirley is also a Faculty member of the ISS Family Institute.
