Ever wonder how our family relationships can be a vital factor in our health and the emergence of bodily symptoms?

This presentation gives a practical understanding of the interaction and relationship between family relationships, health, and emotional reactivity. How we are impacted by and react to our family relationships have a direct and significant bearing on our body.

Ms. Victoria Harrison will talk about how Bowen theory can lend a helping hand in interrupting our habitual undesirable reactions to others and improve health.

Mr. Choi is a social worker of an integrated family service centre. Mr. Choi also has extensive experience in working with asylum seekers and their families. Mr. Choi has participated actively in the training programmes of the Family Institute.
