This study group will read Bowen theory articles or book chapters relevant to organizations and workplace.
COURSE OBJECTIVES
- To apply and integrate the knowledge of Bowen theory in our understanding of organizations and workplace relationships.
- To enhance our differentiation of self in our work settings, so that we can enhance the effectiveness of our functioning and our work systems.
PRE-REQUISITE
Participants must have a basic training in Bowen theory, e.g. completion of Basic Course in Bowen Family Systems Theory, or any other courses offered by the ISS Family Institute.
